We prepare traditional dishes from the Prekmurje region with local ingredients according to the recipes of our grandmothers.

The menu includes dishes from our regular offer, but every weekend we supplement it with food which nature offers us depending on the time of year. They will be introduced to you by the boys and girls passing Zeleni Gaj, who are not quite real, but no less friendly “waiters and waitresses”. If they inadvertently forget to do it, just remind them! Certain dishes are available by prior arrangement only, as they take longer to prepare.

Braska soup is a soup made from pork bones.
That is how our moma (grandmother) taught us to do it.

All the main dishes are served with our holy trinity of side dishes: dödoli (potato mash), langaš (fried potato dough) and sautéed potatoes.
